1. Booking & Deposit

A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total package fee is required to secure your date. Your booking is not confirmed until the deposit has been received. The remaining balance is due no later than 7 days before the session date. Failure to pay the balance by this date may result in the booking being cancelled without refund of the deposit.

2. Cancellation by Client

The deposit is non-refundable under all circumstances. If you cancel with more than 30 days' notice prior to your session date, no further charge will apply beyond the deposit. If you cancel within 30 days of the session date, the full balance of the package fee may become due. In exceptional circumstances, Ciara will use reasonable discretion.

3. Rescheduling

One reschedule is permitted at no extra charge, provided at least 14 days' notice is given and an alternative date is available. Rescheduling with fewer than 14 days' notice will be treated as a cancellation. A new deposit may be required for the rescheduled date.

4. Cancellation by Ciara

In the unlikely event that Ciara must cancel your booking, a full refund of all payments made will be issued promptly. Where possible, Ciara will make every reasonable effort to suggest an alternative date. This will be Ciara's sole liability in the event of cancellation.

5. Content Delivery

For wedding bookings, highlight reels are delivered within 24–48 hours of the wedding day as standard. Edited content and full galleries are delivered within the timeframe agreed at time of booking. Content is delivered via a private online gallery. Gallery access is available for 12 months from the date of delivery unless otherwise agreed. Ciara is not responsible for the loss of content after the agreed access period.

6. Drone Footage

If drone footage cannot be completed on the day due to bad weather, Irish Aviation Authority (IAA) restrictions, or venue/landowner permissions, the drone portion of your booking will be rescheduled to a new agreed date at no extra cost to you. The drone fee already paid will carry over in full to that date. If we are unable to agree a suitable rescheduled date within 6 weeks of the original session, the drone fee will be refunded in full. Please note that any travel costs already incurred by Ciara in attending the original session are non-refundable, regardless of whether drone footage was completed.

7. Travel

Travel fees apply to sessions taking place outside County Westmeath. Any agreed travel costs will be confirmed in writing prior to the session date and must be paid in addition to the package fee.

8. Client Responsibilities

The client is responsible for ensuring Ciara has reasonable access to the venue and to key moments throughout the day. Ciara cannot be held responsible for missed moments caused by access being denied, late running schedules, or other factors outside her control. The client agrees to notify Ciara of any significant schedule changes as early as possible.

9. Force Majeure

Neither party shall be liable for failure to fulfil their obligations where such failure results from circumstances beyond their reasonable control, including but not limited to illness, extreme weather events, natural disasters, government restrictions, or national emergencies. In such circumstances, both parties agree to make reasonable efforts to reschedule.

10. Limitation of Liability

Ciara's total liability to the client in connection with any booking shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client for that booking. Ciara is not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Ciara maintains public liability insurance for all sessions.

11. Data Protection (GDPR)

Personal data collected during the booking process is processed in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Data Protection Acts 1988–2018. Data is used solely for booking administration, client communication, and the delivery of services. Data is not sold or shared with third parties except as strictly required for payment processing. 12. Governing Law

This agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Ireland. Any disputes arising from this agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of Ireland.
